Beef Broth For Dogs With Diarrhea. Each child drinks this bone broth soup to soothe and nourish. If diarrhea results we switch to stock and the diarrhea stops. If your dog seems to be dehydrated or is sick perhaps with diarrhea this is a great time to give it chilled broth to keep your pet hydrated.
Cover the bones with 2 3 inches of water cover and cook on. Just like people diarrhea can quickly make your dog dehydrated.
Make sure the dog has access to plenty of clean water to avoid dehydration.
If needed offer dilutes chicken beef broth or pedialyte in addition to the water. If your dog isn t interested in drinking water you can encourage him by adding some chicken or beef broth to his water or make rice water. During this time make a batch of bone broth omit onions which are toxic to dogs or use store bought chicken or beef broth and give him that twice daily once in the morning and once in the evening mixed with a powdered probiotic. Make sure your dog is drinking a lot of water.
